Jood Gough – abstracted figure and land based work incorporating relief intaglio prints and often combining different techniques to produce complex images.
The Oswestry and Shropshire Art Competition entries are now on show from 4th of October until Saturday 18th November come in and vote for your favourite piece in your own public ballot…and then take morning coffee or afternoon tea, maybe lunch, in our characterful coffee shop
November – Tuesday 31st October to Saturday 25th November
Ros Hornbuckle – woven tapestries in wools. Ros explores textures and colours in an emotional response to landscapes, rocks, birds and water.
Graham Mitchell – sculptural jewellery in local and exotic woods and semi precious stones.
December – Tuesday 28th November to Saturday 3oth December
Anne Easthope – cheerful and brightly coloured flower paintings in an impressionistic style.
John Humphries – beautiful and reflective exhibition of paintings in Acrylic entitled ‘Sea Paintings’
During November and December we have our wonderful Christmas Craft shop up an running for your gift shopping, carved birds, enamel pictures ,jewellery, cushions, metalwork, walking sticks, books, mugs, all at reasonable prices, plus live piano playing and carol singing to get you in the mood for Christmas.
