Last year we updated and started selling a Town Trail which informs those who take part a little of the history of the town and its buildings. The trail has been very successful.
Building on this success, Oswestry Borderland Tourism has introduced a new Town trail- for Children . along with the help and support of Professor Ozzy Owl!
Professor Ozzy leads them to a colourful map with numbers which are linked to questions to be answered
There are also photographs of items and buildings around the town centre which need to be recognised. For fun, the Professor has added a maze-that knight really wants to stop that archer firing arrows at him!
One completed the children can return to the Centre and be presented, on behalf of Professor Ozzy Owl, with a certificate.
These town trails are now on sale at the Heritage Centre.
