Workshops for School Groups.
Find out about the difference between the rich and poor in Tudor times. Follow the characters as they tell you about their different life styles and take you on a tour of their town. The tour ends at the Guildhall where the children can see a 'Scold's bridle' for the nagging wife!!!
The Victorian workshop starts with your host telling you about her life as a servant to Mrs Pringle. The children can have a try at washing the clothes and handling other artefacts. They are then taken on a tour of the town.

Oswestry Borderland Tourism also have costumed tours for the town. These tours are on offer to any group who wish to pre-book a tour. We can even customise a tour so that a group encounters different character as they walk around the town.
